We are a professionally qualified real estate appraisal company, based in Frankfurt and with a branch office in the city of Mainz. We have nationwide coverage and our main activity is appraisals for mortgage lending, for private and corporate clients and for institutional investors. We have no financing or brokerage interests and are bound by the strictest codes of conduct (such as the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the ‘Code of Conduct’ of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry [Sachverständigenordnung der Industrie- und Handelskammern].
The many years of experience which our partners bring to our business activities in the various real estate segments, create the solid market-oriented knowledge base from which we are able to appraise residential, commercial and specialised properties both domestically and internationally.
For every appraisal, we undertake extensive market research in order to deliver definitive statements on the marketability of the real estate valued. Each report is individually crafted and tailor-made to suit the client’s requirements. We work in interdisciplinary teams of experts with both technical and administrative capabilities. Depending on the instruction, further specialists can be co-opted to produce their individual reports (such as reports on building damage). In this way we are able to offer the technical and administrative skills relevant to most types of appraisal instruction. Larger contracts are handled together with other similarly qualified appraisers as members of the VALEURO Kleiber und Partner network.
Our quality is assured by our ‘4 and 6 – Eyes Principle’, whereby at least two or even three experts inspect both the properties and the final reports.
