We are a professionally qualified real estate appraisal company, based in Frankfurt and with a branch office in the city of Mainz. We have nationwide coverage with a network of valuation subcontractors and are partners of the European valuation company VALLIANCE Real Estate. Focus of our activities is the valuation of real estate for the mortgage industry, private and corporate clients and institutional investors. We have no financing, transaction or brokerage interests and are bound by the strictest codes of conduct (such as the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the ‘Code of Conduct’ of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry [Sachverständigenordnung der Industrie- und Handelskammern].

The many years of experience which our partners bring to our business activities in the various real estate segments create the solid market-oriented knowledge base from which we are able to value residential, commercial and specialised properties both domestically and internationally.

For every valuation, we undertake extensive market research in order to deliver definitive statements on the marketability of the real estate valued. Each report is individually crafted and tailored to suit the client’s requirements. We can provide our clients with a full range of German and international valuation methodology. We work in interdisciplinary teams of experts with both technical and administrative capabilities. Depending on the instruction, further specialists can be co-opted to produce their individual reports (such as reports on building damage or the impact of soil contamination). In this way we are able to offer the technical and administrative skills relevant to most types of valuation instruction.
