Affiliation

Birger Ehrenberg is a member of the Federal Society of Property Investment Appraisers [Bundesverbandes der Immobilien-Investment-Sachverständigen e.V (BiiS)]. The principle activity of the BiiS is the appraisal of large domestic and international commercial real estate for institutional investors (such as property investment companies, insurance companies, pension funds and non-property related concerns).

As well as affiliations within the real estate appraisal business, the company has connections with German building damage experts, land surveyors and other specialists, with whom there is considerable synergy.

Birger Ehrenberg and Brigitte Adam are members of the German Institute for Property Research [Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e.V. - GIF e.V.] and Mr Ehrenberg is involved in their working group on property valuation.

Birger Ehrenberg is also a member of the Valuation Faculty Board of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Germany (RICS- Deutschland e.V).

Birger Ehrenberg is a partner of the appraisal company VALEURO Kleiber und Partner, which specializes in the appraisal of complex real estate portfolios covering the whole of Germany. Its lead partner is Prof. Wolfgang Kleiber, Dipl. Ing., FRICS, author and publisher of many important text books for the German real estate appraisal industry.
